Bridport Green Fortnight organised by Transition Town Bridport launches on 14 April with an evening of short plastic-related presentations by environmental groups and story-telling from Martin Maudsley that starts at 7.30pm. Other highlights include a talk from the author of the “Green Consumer Guide” Julia Hailes entitled “There’s a lot of rubbish talked about plastic” on Thursday 19th; a screening of the film “Plastic Ocean” on Sunday 22nd and an evening of comedy with a green tint on Friday 27th.
